My target during my stay at Hotel Casa Tortuga Tulum was to enjoy a peaceful Thanksgiving getaway. I found everything to be delightful, but what stood out the most was the spacious rooms with a king-size bed, a new flat-screen TV with Netflix, and the friendly staff. The staff was accommodating, the amenities provided were excellent, and the security measures were reassuring. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at the hotel.
